My birthday

Yesterday, January 4, was my birthday.
Now I’m 19 years old, but I think my mental age is as same as junior high school students….I want to become more mature.

At the night, I watched TV drama “Nodame-Cantabile”. It is a drama about classic music. I enjoyed watching it.

Tomorrow is the last day of winter vacation, but I haven’t finished my homework.
I’m in trouble. 

Universal Studio Japan

On January 2, I went to USJ with my family for the first time.
USJ was the season of “Christmas Special”, and there were many Christmas decorations, music, and shows.

I was advised to take “Hollywood Dream” by my friend, but I couldn’t take it because I have an acrophobia. But even so I enjoyed other attractions.

The best show for me was “Peter Pan”. Peter and Jane flied in the sky! Of course they were suspended from somewhere, but they were in very high place.

I was so tired when we got home, but I want to go there again.

On January 1, I met my relatives. We played card game.

It was so exciting. My score was around the middle.

On New Year’s Eve, I and my family left our house to go to my mother’s hometown.

We reached Osaka-nanko Port with having a margin for time.

But actually, we had to go to another port in Izumi-Otsu. Finally we could go there and ride on the ferry.

That is why I greeted New Year’s Day of 2008 on the sea.

However the trouble is, I couldn’t get a cell phone signal on the sea, so I couldn’t send greeting e-mail for my friends. I felt unlucky.

part-time job

On December 27, I phoned to enter new part-time job.

I became too shy, but I could get the job.

But this is one-day job, so I have to get another regular one.

December 24

I had a good time on December 24.

Both of two parties were very nice and I could enjoy them. The performance of guitar and singing in the party was great. Of course the performance in Kyoto station, too.

However I had too much food that night.

In addition, about one month from in the closing days of the end of December to the end of January, there are many events for me. My sister’s birthday, Christmas Day, New Year’s Days, my birthday, my mother’s birthday, my grandfather’s birthday, and my grandmother’s birthday. I don’t live with my grand parents, but their birthday is important.

Japanese traditional..

Geta is one kind of Japanese shoes. It is made of two parts, wooden board and hanao.
Hanao is shoelace made of cloth what fix on the wooden board and foot.
In most case, we wear it with kimono, Japanese traditional clothing.
But recently, young people who wear it with Western clothes in summer have been increasing.

What is LOVE?

I think LOVE is essential for our daily life. We feel love not only steady or family but also friend or pet animal.

Recently, LOVE is decreasing.
For example, the number of domestic violence is increase. Statistics made by the Metropolitan Police Department (Keishicho; in Japanese) show that the number of consultation about domestic violence in 2005 was 1,514. But in 2006, it became 1,820.

Another example is this. Day after day, we heard a lot of news of incidents that a mother killed her child or a boy killed his father. I’m tired of hearing this kind of news.

Why these affairs happen? I think it is owing to lack of LOVE. If they had consideration for their precious people, these heart-rending incidents didn’t exist in our daily life.
